Overview

Al Bahar camp is an authentic desert camp with a private serene beach located along the mighty sand dunes of Qatar towards the unique Inland Sea. Al Bahar camp offers camping facilities for day access or overnight camping in sea view beach bungalows. Beachside sunbed, umbrellas, shower & toilet facilities, recreation facilities, beach barbecue meals are offered at the private camping compound. Al Bahar camp is accessible by 4×4 from Sealine for about 20 minutes off-road through the dunes.

Al Bahar Camp Rules & Regulations

1. Diner & Breakfast included
2. Check-in times at arrival : 3PM
3. Check-out times at the camp: next day at 8AM
4. Early check-in or late check-out will be charged extra – please coordinate with operations.
5. Dinner meal comes with 1 soft drink and 2 bottles of water each. Additional water or soft drink is 7 QAR per person.
6. Overnight stayers, 3 bottles of water and 1 soft drink is provided overall.
7. Desserts and tea and coffee are served up to 1 hour after the meal closing time. If you wish to have tea or coffee even after this time, it is chargeable at 5QAR per cup of tea or coffee.
8. Shisha is available for 70 QAR per shisha. To refill shisha flavors, additional 70 QAR is applicable per refill.
9. Other important times to note are: (a) Lights and electricity turn off at 12 midnight until next morning 6AM (b) Showers are switched off at 9PM until next morning 6AM
10. Due to the current global pandemic – it is advised to bring your own sleeping bags, blankets or pillows. The camp does not provide these items.
11. After lights are off, it is advised to be considerate of other guests in the camp that are sleeping, therefore, loud music is not allowed.
12. Do not take photo of any guests without permission
13. Bonfire times are 7:30PM until it lasts, and the bonfire will be lit subject to the wind and safety of the guests at the camp. In case it is windy or unsafe weather, the camp will not light up the bonfire.
14. Volleyball is available at the camp
15. Guests are not allowed to move any furniture on their own, especially the sun-beds and beach chairs. If needed, please ask the camp for assistance.
16. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tents and bungalows. When smoking in designated areas, please use the ash-trays.
17. Shoes are not permitted in the bungalows and tents
18. Wet clothes are not permitted in the bungalows and tents, otherwise, a penalty of tent damage will be charged.
